First, you must complete and submit the Warranty Registration Form within 15 days of purchase. During Registration, you have the option to attach a copy of your original purchase receipt to the registration form. The purchase receipt should clearly show the date of purchase as well as the name of the Authorized HawkEye® or NorChill® Product Dealer. If you do not attach a copy of the original purchase receipt to your registration, then you should print your Registration Confirmation and attach it to a copy of the original purchase receipt and keep it in a safe place. The NorCross warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product for a period as defined in the Product Warranty Policy. The original purchase receipt is necessary to match the date of purchase to the Submitted Warranty Registration Form.
