FishTrax™ 1X | FISH IDENTIFIER AND DEPTH Follow

The FishTrax™ 1X Fish Identifier feature displays fish icons and fish icon depth instead of fish arches to help identify fish targets. FishTrax™ sonar uses sophisticated software to analyze the "shape" of the sonar return from a suspended target to determine whether it is a fish or debris. When a fish is detected it is displayed as graphic fish symbol on the VirtuView™ Display.  

To Turn the Fish Symbols ON or OFF: 

1. Press and release the  button 2 times (MENU II will appear at the top of the screen)  

2. Press and release the▾button until “Fish Symbols” is highlighted. 

3. Press and release the  to expand the Fish Symbols Menu. 

4. Press and release the▾button until “Fish Symbols” is highlighted. 

5. Press and release theorbuttons scroll between ON or OFF. 

6. Press and release the▾button until “Fish Depth” is highlighted. 

      • Press and release theorbuttons scroll between ON or OFF. 

      • Press and release the  to save the adjustment and exit the Fish Symbols Settings.  

      • Press  and release the V | ESC button to cancel the adjustment and exit the Fish Symbols Settings. 

7. Press and release the V | ESC button 3 times to exit the menu and return to the fish finder mode.
