In the package you will have:

To assemble the harness begin by sliding the pivot connector onto the chest plate on the harness. It will snap into place and can be removed by squeezing the tabs located that the bottom of the pivot connector :

Next you will install the adjustable smartphone holder by simply screwing it onto the male threading on the pivot connector:

Once installed you can adjust it to your desired viewing angle:

The USB battery holder attaches on the female side of the harness clip:

The 2 elastic bands on the rear of the battery holder are tight when installing- I recommend using your thumb to push the the female connector through both of the elastic bands:

The  simply slide your USB battery(not included) into the holder:

Final assembly should look like this:
