If You Purchased From Our Website:

Every item in our store comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of its arrival, we'll refund your money (less shipping & handling charges and/or expenses) or exchange it for another item.  To start the return process, please email (support@norcross-outdoors.com) us a copy of your original purchase receipt. Once approved, we will provide return/exchange instructions.
